Thanks, thanks and thanks! We had a wonderful time. That was a vacation of a life time. We would never have been able to take a trip like that. The girls were thrilled. Anissa was so cool on the trip. She made me hold her all the way to Florida because she was so happy.

Dear Make-A-Wish,

Thank you very much for everything you've done to make me and my family very happy. It was a great experience boarding a yacht during the Christmas party. I also had a great time at Dave & Buster's at my wish presentation party. But the most surprising moment was when I was picked up by a limousine on that very special day when my wish was about to be granted. It was overwhelming and exciting! I had lots of fun riding in it, shopping and being with Matt & Brittanie (wish granters). They are wonderful people to be with. I hope you continue your program because kids like me truly feel special.

Dear Make-A-Wish Staff,

Many thanks for giving my daughter a dream come true. Because of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Emily was able to wish for anything – big or small. Of course, she wished BIG! She wished to meet the most powerful man in the world, President George W. Bush.

Visiting the White House and President Bush was truly an unforgettable moment in all of our lives. He spent around 25 minutes with us in the Oval Office. He asked Emily how she was feeling, etc. and extended his appreciation for her courage and inspiration to others. I had tears as I was touched that the most powerful man on this earth not only granted my daughter her wish, but he also spent time out of his busy schedule to meet with us.

From the bottom of our hearts, we are grateful to all of you at Make-A-Wish.
