Cadence, Temecula, CA “I wish to meet the Disney Princesses”Cadence loves the Disney princesses, especially Ariel. When Cadence was having her third open heart surgery, she watched The Little Mermaid everyday for seven weeks. The movie had such an impact on her that she decided to paint her legs green to mimic her favorite princess. For Cadence, it was only natural that she wanted to meet Ariel and all the princesses at their home in Disneyland. When Cadence arrived at Disneyland, she wore her special princess Mickey ears so she could look her best. Cadence’s Disney days were filled with visits to meet Princess Jasmine, Belle and Snow White. Just when Cadence thought it could not get any better she found out she was going to meet Princess Ariel. At first, Cadence was a little shy, but once Ariel knelt down to give her a big hug she knew they were going to become friends. Cadence and Ariel talked about life under the sea and Cadence’s adventures at Disneyland. Cadence loves to tell people about her trip. When she was on her wish, her mother said that Cadence’s happiness was over the moon. Her wish to meet the Disney princesses was made extra spectacular due to support from the Walt Disney World® Resort and The Walt Disney Company.
