Quyen, Garden Grove, CA "I wish to go to fashion week in New York" Quyen, who is living with sarcoma of the jaw, is a fashion fanatic. She especially loves the whimsical designs of Betsey Johnson, one of her favorite clothing designers. When it came time for her to make a wish, an excited Quyen knew she wanted to go to Fashion Week in New York City. After several weeks of planning, Quyen was ready for her trip of a lifetime. To prepare for the runway show she would be attending, Quyen visited the Betsey Johnson Boutique in New York City. At the boutique, she was able to choose the stylish new outfit she would wear to the event. The next day, Quyen woke up bright and early to get her makeup done by one of the most sought after makeup artists in the business. She was then picked up in style and taken to the fashion show where she had special front row seats. After it was over, Quyen was escorted backstage to meet Betsey Johnson! Quyen’s wish was truly a once in a lifetime adventure.
