Jessi: I wish to go to Disney WorldHi, I am Jessi. Since the age of 6 months I have been in and out of the hospital. Thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation I was granted my wish to go to Florida! I went to Disney World and Give Kids the World. It was a whole week for my family and I to forget about doctors and hospitals. It was so awesome that after my wish I wanted to do more to stay involved with Make-A-Wish. I volunteered and was accepted to become a Wish Ambassador for the foundation! I now go and speak at special things like schools, golf tournaments and other fundraisers. I get to speak and just let people know how awesome this organization is and what they do for kids like me! I hope the older I get I will be able to do even more for them, maybe even someday work there! |
